I'm having a joint birthday party with a friend of mine who also turns 21 in a week, and we went with an 80's theme, so that's a day of sequins and hairspray to look forward to. Speaking of themed parties, I went to a friend's classy dress party in some totally kickin' attire.
(Left to Right) My roommate Jeslyn, her boyfriend Andrew (his party), Me, Vicky, and Andrew's roommate Ryan. |
For one brief, yet glorious moment, I knew what it was like to have a truly epic 'stache. Then I tried to drink with it on and it was wet and tasted like ginger ale for the rest of the night. Oh well, some things are just not meant to be.
Happy Birthday! Love the 'stache. ;)
ReplyDeleteYeah, no. That's pretty much how it works: the 'stache demands-- and claims-- an offering.
ReplyDeleteHeh, and that offering is very often a social life in my line of work...go figure that a woman could pull off a 'stache better than I can as a guy.
ReplyDeletePenblwydd Hapus!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday! And I agree, the stache was epic! :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday NOOB! How does it feel knowing you've had more facial hair than I can grow?
ReplyDeleteNice reference to the 40k shots, those are awesome. Happy birthday and love the stache of course.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on one of the last fun big ones (birthdays) - 10, 13, 16, 18, 20, 21.
ReplyDeleteAfter this it becomes 25 (when you start the second quarter-century), 30, 40, 50, 55, 60, 65.
Great link with the 40K drinks.
Happy Birthday!
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the birthday wishes guys, I had a great time going out to dinner with my family and coming back to have margaritas and bake cupcakes with Jeslyn. :D
ReplyDeletelol happy birthday lol nice oufits you guys have XD
ReplyDeletewhat drink "theme" did you had anyway XD
ReplyDeleteplease dont tell me its "bolter bieachhhh" XD
@whitewolfmxc: I wouldn't really actually try any of those 40K shots, some of them sound disgusting, haha. I don't mix tabasco and alcohol on general principle. :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday!
ReplyDeleteThis time last year, I had what James Hetfield calls a "Tali-Beard." Have you ever read 'The Twits' by Roald Dahl? It's that bad.
Some of those drinks don't sound too bad... Some of them sound awful. And I'm drinking £3 wine right now.
@Xaeromancer: Haha I love that book, and Roald Dahl in general, but I'm impressed you could grow a beard that epic.
